Sporting Events
In the summer of 2001 when the Grand Rapids Rampage
Arena Football Team won the league title, Cummins Bridgeway supplied
the generators, cable and distribution necessary at the Calder
Plaza to power up the giant size balloons, keep the beer cold
and fire up the band. Congratulations Rampage!
Cummins Bridgeway also helped ESPN broadcast the
PBA event in Grand Rapids in 2002.

Concerts
Briidgeway Power has been there since the
beginning when this country station first began celebrating it’s
birthday with a live day long country concert. Past years have
featured such acts as Alabama, Rascal Flats and the Charlie Daniels
Band. The concert draws up to 100,000 fans each year. Bridgeway
Power supplies the generators, distribution, cable, set ups and
operators for the entire event. This is a huge undertaking and
we are proud to be part of such a great annual show.
Every year Cummins Bridgeway is pleased to be the
supplier for events in and around downtown Grand Rapids, we appreciate
the support of our community!

Air Shows
When the Blue Angels were in town in 2001, Bridgeway
Power supplied the portable generators and cabling needed to power
up the VIP tents, the food vendors and even the executive restrooms
for the pilots. The Blue Angels drew record crowds for the Muskegon
Air Fair and everyone enjoyed the day.

Political Rallies
When George Bush was in town campaigning for the
presidency, Cummins Bridgeway took care of the critical power requirements
needed for his appearance with a couple generator sets.

Business
When one of Grand Rapids’ premier museums
needed power when they lost theirs, Standby Power was called in
to fill the need with a portable megawatt unit.
In 2002 when a large company in Detroit had an emergency. Bridgeway
Power responded with 5.1 megawatts of paralleled power.
The job also included 16,900 of cable and 24 hours operator service.
